OHF VSC Instructions
The OHF will now be approving and handling ALL Vulnerable Sector Checks for all OMHA members. You MUST submit VSC Checks to OHF and you will NOT be permitted to Coach in any form until they have been approved.
Please do not delay in submitting these as there will likely be a backlog closer to the season commencing.
1. Register with the OHF OHF Screening Registration Link
2. Upload a PDF copy of your VSC
3. Upload a PDF copy of the OHF Declaration form OHF Declaration Form
4. If you require a new VSC, please print this form OHF VSC Request Letter and take it with two pieces of ID to your local police department.
