GAMES Start Tomorrow!
Submitted By Sherri Keates on Monday, November 23, 2020
Hello Members,
The rollercoaster continues! The Government of Ontario has amended and changed their position and regulations regarding sport league game play for 'Orange Zone - Restrict' which we are currently under. Previously (for the past 18 hours) this meant no game play or scrimmages. This has now changed to modified game play with bubbles of 50 players per age grouping. I have attached a screenshot of the new wording that can be found on the Covid-19 Response Framework and can be found online at https://www.ontario.ca/page/covid-19-response-framework-keeping-ontario-safe-and-open#orange .

That means that the original plans that we had set to announce this week are back to normal. This week we start game play against Beeton & Thornton to create our 50 player bubbles for most of our divisions! The schedule is currently being worked on as we speak and some divisions will have games STARTING TOMORROW!!!

Please check the schedule when you wake up tomorrow morning as it will have changed! I will also send out and email notifying everyone of the schedule tomorrow!

Thanks for your patience during this crazy month!!
